Principle of high efficiency motor
High Efficiency motor (high efficiency motor) refers to the general standard motor with high efficiency motor. High efficiency motor from the appearance of the ordinary motor and no difference, but in the design, material and process to take measures, such as the use of reasonable fixed, rotor slot number, fan parameters and sinusoidal winding and other measures to reduce loss, so that the efficiency can be increased by 2%-8%, an average increase of 4%.
From the perspective of energy conservation and environmental protection, high-efficiency motors are the current international development trend, and relevant regulations have been promulgated in North America and Europe. The European Motor and Power Electronics Manufacturers Association (CEMEP) according to the running time of the motor, the CEMEP standard is divided into three levels of efficiency: eff1 (highest), eff2, eff3 (lowest), which are implemented step by step from 2003 to 2006. The latest IEC60034-30 standard issued by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) divides the motor efficiency into IE1 (corresponding to eff2), IE2 (corresponding to eff1), IE3, IE4 (the highest) four grades. China is committed to implementing IE2 and above standards from July 1, 2011.
