China motor energy efficiency standards
1, China motor energy efficiency standards:
Current energy efficiency standard: GB 18613-2006 "Small and medium-sized asynchronous motor energy efficiency limit value and energy efficiency grade" This standard is formulated to meet the requirements of "eliminating high energy consumption products" in the Energy Conservation Law.
2, China motor energy efficiency test standards:
GB/T 1032-2005 "Three-phase asynchronous motor test method"
The measurement of "load stray loss" in energy efficiency testing is the focus of the current debate. China's current standard adopts the "0.5% estimation method" in the early IEC60034-30 standard, but with the improvement of motor energy efficiency, the error brought by this method is more and more cannot be ignored. In 2007, the new IEC60034-30 introduced the North American "Actual measurement Method" (IEEE112B) and the European "Measurement Projection Method" (EH Star).
China has yet to decide which approach to adopt in the next version of the GB standard.
