Principles Of High-efficiency Motors

High efficiency motor refers to a motor with high efficiency for general-purpose standard motors. From the appearance of the high-efficiency motor, there is no difference between it and ordinary motors. It only takes measures in design, materials and processes, such as reasonable measures such as the use of measures such as the use of reasonable setting, number of rotor slots, fan parameters and sinusoidal windings to reduce losses, so that the efficiency can be improved by 2%-8%, and an average increase of 4%.
From the perspective of saving energy and protecting the environment, high-efficiency motors are the current international development trend, and North America and Europe have successively promulgated relevant regulations. According to the running time of the motor, the European Association of Electrical and Power Electronics Manufacturers (CEMEP) divides efficiency into three levels: eff1 (highest), eff2 and eff3 (lowest), and is implemented in steps from 2003 to 2006. The latest IEC60034-30 standard issued by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) divides motor efficiency into four levels: IE1 (corresponding to eff2), IE2 (corresponding to eff1), IE3 and IE4 (highest). my country promises to implement IE2 and above standards from July 1, 2011.
