Flameproof (pressure-proof) explosion-proof motor

1. Principle
A flameproof housing is used to separate electrical parts that may generate sparks, arcing and dangerous temperatures from the surrounding explosive gas mixture. However, this shell is not sealed, and the surrounding explosive gas mixture can enter the motor through the gap between the various parts of the shell. When in contact with the spark, arc, dangerous high temperature and other ignition sources in the shell may explode, then the motor flameproof shell will not only be damaged or deformed, but also the explosive flame or hot gas through the joint gap, can not ignite the surrounding explosive gas mixture.
2. Features
① The corresponding relationship between the power level, installation size and speed is consistent with DIN42673, while taking into account the inheritance of the YB series and the interchangeability of the Y2 series, necessary adjustments have been made to be more effective and applicable.
② The whole series adopts F-class insulation, and the temperature rise is assessed according to B-class.
The noise limit is lower than the YB series, close to the YB series I noise, the vibration limit is comparable to the YB series.
④ The protection level of the enclosure is increased to IP55.
⑤ The whole series of low noise deep groove ball bearings, base center height above 180mm motor with oil injection and drainage device.
⑥ The motor heat sink has two kinds of parallel horizontal distribution and radiation distribution, mainly parallel horizontal distribution.
⑦ The main performance indicators reached the international advanced level in the early 1990s.
