What are the current protection methods for motor products?
The current protection methods of motor products are as follows:

1. Overload protection: Use overload fuse or overload protector, when the motor load exceeds the rated current, the fuse or protector will automatically break the circuit.

2. Undervoltage protection: Use protection relay or undervoltage protector, when the voltage is not enough to keep the motor running, the relay or protector will close the circuit and stop the motor.

3. Over-current protection: Use current protector, when the motor is running, if the current exceeds the rated value, the protector will automatically open the circuit to avoid damage to the motor.

4. Short circuit protection: Use short circuit protector, when there is a short circuit in the circuit, the protector will automatically trip to avoid damage to the motor.

5. Grounding protection: Using grounding protector, when there is a ground fault in the circuit, the protector will automatically cut off the circuit to avoid damage to the motor.

What are the vibration-proof grades of electric motor products?
The vibration-proof level of electric motor products is usually divided into four kinds: F level, H level, V level and the four vibration standards stipulated in GB (National Standard) Mechanical Vibration Limits and Assessment. Among them, the vibration level of class F motor is the lowest, class H is higher than class F, class V is higher than class H, and the vibration level of four vibration standards is the highest.

The vibration limit of class F motor is 0.28mm/s, class H is 0.45mm/s, class V is 0.71mm/s, while the vibration limit of class IV is different according to the use occasions and nature of different equipment.
