Causes Of Overheating Of Motor Bearings

1) Bearing damage
2) Too much lubricating oil, too little or poor oil quality
3) The bearing and shaft fit too loose inner circle or too tight
4) The bearing and the end cover are too loose or too tight
5) Sliding bearing oil ring rolling or slow rotation
6) The end covers or bearing covers on both sides of the motor are not flat
7) The belt is too tight
8) The coupling is not installed well.
