YKS-series (3kv, 6kv, 10kV) motor, is of the squirrel-cage three-phase asynchronous motor. The protection degree of the motor is IP44/IP54 and the cooling method is of ICW81A. The motor has such advantages as high efficiency, energy-saving low noise, low vibration, and lightweight and reliable performance. They are easy to install and maintain.
YKS series motor is designed into box-type construction. The frame is light in weight and good in rigid and it is made of steel plates by melding. The air-water cooler is fixed at the top of the frame with bolts and consists outside wind circuit in secondary cooling with a water pump and water pool for the motor, the primary cooling circulation consists of a fan, and a cooler inside of the motor. the primary cooling medium(air) can complete the heat exchange with the secondary cooling medium in the cooling pipe(circulation water) through the outside surface of the pipe in the cooler as well as spring, etc.
This motor is used to drive various mechanical equipment such as blowers, compressors, pumps, crushing, grinding mills, etc. It can serve as the prime movers in coal mines, mechanical industry, power plants and various industrial enterprises.
